• The Integrated Voice Response System (IVRS) will be available 24x7 starting from 26th  September 2016 on 0124-6771700/1800 11 1700 (Toll Free).
• Phone support will be available during these times:
  • 26th September – 4th December, 2016: 9:30AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to Friday
  • 5th – 13th December 2016 (testing window): 8:00AM to 8:00PM daily
• Webmail support will be available from 26th September – 14th December, 2016. Queries received by webmail will be responded to within 3 business days. Do not send the same email multiple times, as it will delay the response process.

• Contact the concerned State Counseling Authorities, Private Medical Colleges/Institutes/Universities for eligibility, seat availability, reservation policies, counseling etc for State Quota seats/admission to Private Medical Colleges/Institutes/Universities. (See Annexure I for State Medical Education Directorates & Offices where counseling related information may be available).
